Sligo
Trail 2009:
Due to improvement works being carried out along the shores of Lough Gill
it is not possible for us to offer the complete 7 – day Sligo Trail for
the moment.
We are offering the first 4/5 days of this trail, the 4 day being the Yeats Trail,
this can be extended by 1 day to include Glencar lake and Waterfall.
This Trail offers 3 days on the Atlantic Coast and 1-2 days of forest, Benbulben
Mountain and Glencar Lake. |

General:
· In order to participate in
our Trail riders must be fit and able
to trot, canter and gallop at ease, You must also be
capable of taking good care of your horse: feed , groom
and tack up.
· On
the Riding by the Sea programme riders must
be minimum Intermediate standard, this programme is also
suited to very experienced riders.
· On all programmes children must
be over 12 years of age and good riders and
also must be capable of spending long hours
in the saddle. |

Farm Trails?
We are offering wonderful self lead trails but it is not advisable
to go alone, we prefer it if you are a minimum of 2 people, however,
if a Trail is really what you would like to do we are offering you,
with our help, the possibility to find a suitable companion whom
you could get to know before you travel.

Irish horses have an excellent temperament, they are kind and easy
to handle and ride. We can offer you to test "your" horse
on the countryside, on the cross country course, on the beach and
on our cross country course. If you wish you can spend a week for
horse riding holidays with "your" horse.
